I noticed that a bad review was written almost three years ago. Although these things happen I can tell you first hand that Western Cary Building Products makes customer service their number one goal.
We had an estimate scheduled for gutter repair. The estimator showed up close to an hour late. he did call to say he was running late. Once here he spent a ton of time doing drawings, and explaining to us how to fix our gutters. Said he would have an estimate to us by the end of the week. It is 3 weeks later and we still don't have an estimate. I've called twice and sent an emai. No response or return call. Huge waste of my time. not open in Jackson Tn...
Promised spikes and ferruls but used hangers so far apart gutters fell down! If you want something done right I suggest you dont use this company as they were unreliable to me!
My GC used Quality Insulation out of Milford for years (they were bought out by Masco Contractor Services) so he used them again to insulate our second floor and attics. Promised to show Tuesday, no call no show. This repeated for Wed, Thurs, and Friday. Saleman Rob told me they were not only going to work on Saturday to make it up, but will finish in one day.
