I needed an approval from my cardiologist to see if he would allow me to have an anti-inflammatory med and Dr. Murphy's office was supposed to handle it. I called them five times and after two weeks of empty promises I called the cardiologist myself. After Campbell's clinic got the approval, I called a sixth time and the nurse said she would handle it. Still no prescription. Over two weeks later still nothing. A total of six calls. I am a 27 year old college grad. I recently discovered through Dr. John D Dockery at Campbell Clinic that I had a ruptured disk in my neck that has been causing back, neck and shoulder paid for the past year. For the last 4 or so months, I have been under Dr. Dockery's care. Each time I went to appointments, I was taken right in to a room only to sit for anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes waiting on Dr. Dockery to come in.
