I’ve been a patient of Dr. Inouye Masayuki and their predecessor at Bergen ENT for many years. Unfortunately, I can no longer afford to be a patient since the practice became part of the hospital. There have also been changes in the office staff that lack the compassion of the former staff. Cori was very kind in trying to help me out, but otherwise it was a very awkward.
