Masala Mantra’s Full Protein Fried Rice is a standout… chicken and egg folded into fragrant, well-seasoned masala fried rice, with Schezwan sauce adding a welcome kick. Bold, balanced, and satisfying. Impressive enough that I left with 2 extra orders to-go.

Chicken biryani doesn’t taste like authentic dum biryani. It’s just masala rice with boneless chicken that’s not fully cooked. And the Desi chicken curry they serve comes with chicken skin.
