Gwen is that rare practitioner that loves what she does and does it extremely well. One session is the beginning of a journey. I suspect she takes notes and does her homework as each visit just gets more tailored and specific. Gwen has been instrumental in my recovery as I’ve worked through my next marathon training block. My search for a truly great masseuses is over.

Getting a massage from Gwen is an absolute must whenever I visit Sydney. I trusted Gwen with my recovery when I was training for the Olympics and she never disappoints. My body feels brand new after each massage session and it is ready to perform the next day. The studio is spacious and clean and despite the gym downstairs, the space is quiet which makes it even more relaxing! Thanks Gwen for taking care of my body while I’m in Sydney.

Gwen is the only massage therapist I'll go to, I've been a client for more than a year and always recommend her to friends and family. She's highly trained across multiple massage disciplines and uses her knowledge of the body and sports to tailor every treatment to what you ask for and need. The studio is a little haven inside the VT gym complex - a really light, peaceful space. Botany is very lucky to have such an awesome therapist in the area!
