I called them to repair a security system after window replacement. They were very efficient at getting the job completed which cost over $700. However, I kept getting woken up at 2 am with a beeping alarm. I was told a service call would be required to determine the reason for this. I told them to add me on when they were in the area which they did. When they came to check it out and I was told a defective device had been installed initially.
