I just wanted to give this Hospital five stars. The staff and service were incredible. I had day surgery with Diedre's Percy an amazing gynaecologist. I stayed in overnight , I am so impressed with their communication and care. Thank you so much.
What an amazing hospital! My son had his tonsils out, we stayed overnight and all staff were very lovely and accommodating. Checking up every few hours post surgery. The coffee barrister (forgot his name) was a highlight, my son thought he was very nice and made the best milkshakes! Thank you Masada team!
I was lucky enough to be sent to Masada for rehab after a major operation on my foot and spent some 5 weeks there. The staff (Nurses, Rehab, Doctors and Welfare) were just outstanding the food was lovely and your care in general was utmost on their minds. Thank you Masada and all who work there.
To the Early Parenting Centre, I would like to say a big thank you for the support I received. The team are tremendous and a good mix of skills and personalities. Yes, sleep training is difficult, however you must incorporate trust, discipline and perseverance in your approach as a parent. Special thanks to Caroline, Jamie, Tahli and Laura for your encouragement and support.
Be very careful not to send your little one to sleep training here. Their emotionally well being will be absolutely destroyed. You think they stop crying because they are sleeping - they are actually not. They stopped crying because they learned that their cries don't matter, that no one would come. So they stop making sounds to preserve their energy. Their behaviour will change for the worse and they will not want to look you in the eye and will stop being happy.
