I had a terrible experience trying to buy a home this realtor was selling. First, he tried to dictated that I sell my home for $12,000 less than it's worth using outdated and non-comparable homes. Then he waited the full 3 days to respond to my repair request before saying they would not repair anything. Taking all that time forced me to put my home on the market or risk loosing my $8,000 earnest money. I hate to think he did that as a trick to try and get my earnest money.
