Very misleading, bought a bracelet that needed a small adjustment to the size. Had to wait a week for that tiny adjustment, the bracelet needed nothing removed! When I came to pick it up they charged me an extra $30. This wasn’t disclosed and the lady who sold me said nothing about an additional cost. What they did required zero to no work and didn’t require a charge after I spent close to $3000.
