This place is good. I took my boy there for his birthday. He had good treatment and pleasant time.
Came to this place with my family. The food was good, and the chef did a great job, so I gave him a cash tip. However, when I received the bill, I was charged a $20 “service fee”and then I was given three mandatory tip options on top of that. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I understand how service charges work, but I personally feel that a $20 service fee is excessive, especially when customers are still expected to tip afterward. Food was delicious. As many others have mentioned the service is terrible. They couldn’t even seat us properly, someone from across the bar just yelled “just go sit in any booth over there”. Waitress was very inattentive throughout the meal and I’m very far from a needy costumer, basic needs like water and napkins. I understand why the 18% service fee is Mandatory for every customer otherwise NO ONE in their right mind would tip them due to their terrible customer service skills.
