I haven’t used the service but very early this morning, I popped my tire in a local health facility parking lot. I parked out of the way to try and change to a spare myself. They must’ve seen me struggling because these two very nice men approached me and asked if I needed help. They were able to help me and get me moving again all within a few quick moments! My mother had 445 appointment in Goshen about an hour away from her home. Told her 3 pm pick up. They never showed she waited until 345. Not to mention they made ins co pay prior to booking the ride. Wish I could give 0 stars
