**** and disgusting...my daughter was ignored by ******* about the pressure on her head.. after I called and complained, the manager told me to call the cops and that she doesn't not speak chinese!!!! I'm not letting this go at all and will be filing multiple complaints.. I was livid at the disrespect and expressed my disappointment and the manager told me I was mad because I was born out of wedlock!
Masa African Hair Braiding quotes one price and charge another price once they complete your ************** does not respect your time, she showed up almost an hour late for an appointment I had to pay for($40 booking fee). Not only was she late, she did not inform me she was not the one doing my hair. A lady walks up and says come with me. So unprofessional. Not all people appear to be qualified to do hair.
