I have lived in this community for eight years. I have not regretted it a day. The location is close to everything in Lakeland. The Lake side Village mall is with in a mile. I could walk if I wanted to. The people are great and there is a lot to do especially when the northerns are down. The community is really well kept and everyone takes pride in there homes. Highly recommend this community.
I have lived in this community for 7 years and I love it!! The landscaping, clubhouse and pool are wonderful. The people are super friendly. Bingo and cards are some of the fun activities we enjoy. We are close to everything in Lakeland. I do not regret my decision to purchase a home in Mas Verde. I hope this review helps someone else.
One star is too high, but that is the lowest I can give on this site. The lots are small and the units are overpriced, but that is not the worst part of this 'community.' Management is dishonest and arbitrary. Rules are enforced to the letter if they do not personally like you, but barely enforced if they do. I have lived here for about 3 years. I love it. The pool is fabulous and the people are great. They have activities such as Bingo, pot lucks and dances. During the winter season the place really gets hopping. I would recommend this community to anyone.
