These losers do satellite dish installations for Direct TV.....and are doing everything they can to make you want to go back to cable tv. I had to wait over 2 weeks for them to come install my dish, then they NO CALL - NO SHOW on the date of install. I lost an entire days pay because they couldnt make a phone call, and they couldnt have cared less. Make sure you ask for Ken if youre looking for true customer dis-service.
