I had a great experience at MAS MOTORS ! Albert was my salesperson, and he was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to show me all the vehicles I was interested in and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The dealership has a great selection of different types of vehicles, and their prices are excellent. I highly recommend MAS MOTORS to anyone looking for a quality used car and outstanding customer service!
I had an amazing experience coming to Mas motors to purchase my vehicle. They were really easy to work with and made my car buying experience awesome! I requested a video carefully showing the condition of a vehicle. I was interested in there, but after two request,s there was not even a reply. very unprofessional and very poor customer service. I will not be going to this dealership in the future and recommend to others their poor customer service.
I recently was looking at there 2015 civic. There asking price is 11,895. Out the door is 17k. They are ripping people off. They stated they added low jack so its 3k more. This is not listed on the asking price. Fyi. Low jack does not cost 3k. Dont fall for it. Update 4/24: They agreed to sell car for listed price and applicable fees. I bought a 2016 Honda Civic last week from MAS Motors, and the whole experience was fantastic. Suleman went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with what we choose - he left it up to us to choose the car without demeaning us like the other dealerships we went to. We test drove four different cars, but the Civic stood out the most. He also got us approved at a really good interest rate, which made the deal even better.
