Guy was rude and demanding towards his coworkers which made the whole process uncomfortable, he also pressured me to write them a good review like 8 times, but then sold me a car without doing any of the recommended maintenance for the mileage, so the serpantine belt went out on the freeway, during repairs, they found the valve covers to be full of holes. The Manager Rumman and the sales man sole were really respectful and helpful, I was going from dealer to dealer to fit my maximum price limit and the type of vehicle I wanted and they were the only ones who were willing to negotiate the car we wanted without budget, they were able to make it possible and that means lot , And a plus is a week after i purchased the car i needed a oil change and new reverse light , Rumman was really nice and did it no problem with no charge !I highly recommend Mas Motors to anyone who is lookin... read more
I will never buy another car from these people. You've heard of crooked salesmen. these guys are as slippery as they come. I ended up paying $4,000 more then what they had listed. they slipped it all in the paperwork and made it seem like it was the original price. You better be good with paperwork cause if you are financing they have tons of it. I didn't find out till later that there was a $3,000 charge for financing. and they charged $2,000 for onstar which they made seem like it was free. Before i bought the car they had... read more
