Company sent a Bill for two Fan replacement diagnostic testing. I already requested that the Fans would need to be replaced. After disputing this Bill I have been blackbanned by this company forever after 20 years of business with them. I was made to feel as though I was taking advantage , when in fact its the other way round, also they ask for payment up front. Really , after 20 years, ????
