Good and honest guy. Knows his staff.
Mike did a great job troubleshooting and identifying some power loss issues we had with a Volkswagen Tiguan. He clearly communicated his findings and proposed resolutions. Given the effort required, we feel his rates are reasonable and would not hesitate to use him again.
