Tony Kumbas really went above and beyond with helping us with our plumbing emergency! He came on the day (when every other plumber we had called said that they couldn't, didn't respond or that they didn't have the necessary parts), had a look, went to buy the necessary parts, and came back to do a brilliant job in good time. He walked us through and articulated the entire process extremely well, and managed to deal with the absolute birds nest that was the piping setup whilst doing the internal connection.
