Never use this company. They are rude and unprofessional. They arrived to the job 3 hours late and they didn't even have the right tools to do the job. They still tried to charge me a callout fee of £100 which I didn't pay
I've had 3 other plumbers out recently because my kitchen sink kept blocking. This plumber is the only one who managed to fully remove the blockage! He used a rotating device in the pipe which scraped it clean. I am very relieved and happy to have the problem solved!
Horrible plumbing firm, I contacted them after having issues with previous plumbers to see if they can try and rectify some issues. They made my plumbing even worse and now I'm left with numerous leaks in my property. Avoid at all costs!
I had a plumbing emergency and Richard responded incredibly quickly—he was at my place in no time and got everything sorted fast and professionally. On top of that, his pricing was very fair, especially for an urgent callout. Friendly, reliable, and efficient—highly recommend Richard if you need a plumber you can count on!
Plumber arrived late, so he couldn't source the component to fix our macerator - which I had mentioned earlier. Also charged £240 per hour, ended up finding someone to do the job for half that price. Avoid.
