I've had the privilege of growing alongside and learning from Itamar over the past 6 months. The coaching he and the rest of the team at Masá MVMT delivers goes well beyond exercise prescription and a good workout – they develop the whole person, guiding each individual on their journey to the life they aspire to lead. Thank you Itamar for challenging me to think differently and grow each week!

The owner of this facility exemplifies what it means to be a leader in his field. I’ve had the privilege of knowing the owner for the last few months and it’s abundantly clear how much he cares about the success of his clients. I couldn’t recommend Masá more!

This facility has made some tremendous improvements in the last 4 months! I've had the pleasure of knowing the owner for the last 6 months and is clear how much he cares. He has a huge heart and takes exceptional care to meet his clients where they are in order to best help them get where they want to go, as does his team. Highly recommend!

Edited after 4 years: If you're interested in individual results and don't mind doing hard things alone, this might be the place for you. But if you're motivated by a strong community, this is no longer the home it once was. All reviews prior to this one refer to Masá CrossFit, not Masá MVMNT. Great coaching, plenty of room & equipment. People were friendly and helpful since I'm not that good yet. Gonna be sore from that good workout lol.
