Wow! Kevin, and the whole team, at CARSTAR Ma’s Auto Body Burlingame, did a fantastic job fixing my broken car. It was a somewhat complex job on a car that is basically a computer sitting on a battery. Their service was fast, professional and expertly executed. They kept me clearly informed all along the way. Despite the circumstances my overall experience was a pleasure.
They did a great job replacing bumper, fender and a seat. People are trustworthy. Recommend for anyone who may look for fixing car problems.
My experience with Carstar Ma's was exceptionally amazing. They would always call or text me everyday to keep me up to date on my car. Steven, who helped me, would fill me in on all the details and there prices are WAY more affordable than Peter Pan BMW, where I used to take my car in. I highly recommend their services.
Amazing service, lots of communication, car was fixed up perfectly, also they cleaned the inside of my car unexpectedly and made it smell like leather again. Incredible!
