If you’re able to work with Jim, at the newer shop, just off the Hwy 101-3rd Ave exit, there’s no reason to go anywhere else. He’s ‘da bomb’ and exceeded my expectations- even with my limitations.
Steven helped me with repairs to my car after an accident. He was an excellent communicator, keeping me updated almost daily throughout the process. This shop was listed on the Ford’s website and had very good reviews. It totally lived to its reputation. Their estimate was very competitive, communication was easy, they were accommodating with our schedule, and did an excellent job on our car.
