I went to Ma's in Burlingame for a bumper repair and upper tie bar installation after someone hit my car. Working with Lawrence to schedule my repair was so easy. He was so helpful and kept me updated throughout the process and the repair took less time than I expected. They did a great job and I'm so happy with it! I want to add that I've never written a review for a business before, but felt compelled to do so because I was so pleased with the outcome.
Awesome body shop. Has helped us with 2 cars. Works with the client to determine need and provide options. Very responsive to questions. Quality work. Highly recommend!
Totally trust these mechanics. They always do a little extra- no charge. Make suggestions for the future of your car but never try to upsell. They work quickly and deliver car as promised.
Lawrence was super patient and explained all my concerns. When we had a misunderstanding (my fault) he was professional and understanding throughout the whole process. Thank you for making the experience easier. Hopefully I won’t need to come back here, but if I ever need to again I would choose MA’s again. Definitely recommend!
