She may be a good doctor, but her nursing staff leave a lot to be desired. One of them didn’t know what a urinary bladder spasm was and she asked me to tell her what it was. Another gave me a negative diagnosis and didn’t know what I should do, except see a doctor if symptoms got worse, although there could be a bigger medical issue.
