Traditional, family, unique are real craftsman. This is not an ordinary store where they’re just selling you what they bought from somewhere else. Just pop in to feel and see. I chose Marzavas and Sons because of their fantastic reviews and trusted them to create a 50th anniversary ring. I first visited in late November/early December and asked if they could find a diamond for a band I had already purchased. I understood it might not be finished by Christmas, but I was assured that new diamonds were reviewed weekly and that I would receive regular status updates. That never happened.
