I did a private two hour long silks and lyra class with my mother (complete beginner), myself (experienced pole dancer), and my sister. Marz made the class a lot of fun and accessible for all three of us despite the mixed level. Highly recommend!
Really fun and great workout. The teachers make sure you are safe and warmed up properly. Each week I see little improvements in what I can do.

My experience was great, I felt welcomed and like there was no pressure to perform. I was encouraged to keep trying, do my best, and to stick with the techniques so that I will improve more and more over time
