The nurse I saw was fantastic, but it is literally impossible to get into contact with this office. They never pick up calls, they never respond to voicemails despite what their message says. And when I was in last week for my appointment there were like 4 ladies in the front office. So they have staff to take calls, they just don’t bother. Really sucks because I can’t get information or into contact with the nurse I saw. She gave me a card and said she checks her messages, but literally no one in that office seems to. You can’t get them on the phone you never get a call back from him either on anything. I have to make an appointment with them to even know what’s going on with my breathing
Dr. Ramos is probably the most knowledgeable physician I have ever seen. I have COPD and restrictive airways disease. He has helped me understand the disease and make real strides toward improvements. He listens, takes his time and doesn't judge patients. He has helped me learn about what I can do to improve my situation and I have made some real strides. I usually do not give recommendations because everyone is different, but I highly recommend Dr. Ramos.
they may be good doctors---but you cant get anyone on the phone or a call back!
