this dr does not know the first thing about tendinitis and bursitis he states that tendinitis is something that heals and does not come back the department disability is now allowing tendinitis to be used to determine disability so if it can be used as a term for disability then it also means that tendinitis is a permanent injury this dr needs a lot more training i would advise anyone that gets injured on a job to never go to this facility
