Elizabeth at Maryville Monuments has been so patient and helpful assisting me choose a custom monument for my parents. She also helped coordinate with the cemetery to make sure we met all their guidelines. And their pricing was far more competitive than any other company I found-the cemetery quoted me almost triple the price for a comparable monument.
Maryville Monument is the best place to go for a headstone .My husband passed away a month ago, and I was really dreading this task When I needed information on a stone Elizabeth called me, texted pictures of examples and was very helpful. I met with her on site and she did an example on the computer of what my designed stone would look like. She texted me the example so I could share it with my sons. I lost my wife in January this year .I cannot express how appreciative I am of Maryville Monuments they did everything they said they would do. Compassionate, respectful of your decisions. Never once was I pressured to change my mind or go a different route. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the great job!
This morning Maryville Monument placed my parents' headstone on their joint resting place in Townsend, TN. From my tearful initial visit to the showroom up to installation today, everyone was professional while also showing compassion throughout the process. So glad we chose Maryville monument, they were great to work with! Allison was our go to person and she was so kind and answered all our questions! It’s never a pleasant time to pick out your parents tombstone but Allison made it a good experience! They did an amazing job we love it and know mom would also!
