Elizabeth at Maryville Monuments has been so patient and helpful assisting me choose a custom monument for my parents. She also helped coordinate with the cemetery to make sure we met all their guidelines. And their pricing was far more competitive than any other company I found-the cemetery quoted me almost triple the price for a comparable monument.
Maryville Monument is the best place to go for a headstone .My husband passed away a month ago, and I was really dreading this task When I needed information on a stone Elizabeth called me, texted pictures of examples and was very helpful. I met with her on site and she did an example on the computer of what my designed stone would look like. She texted me the example so I could share it with my sons. This morning Maryville Monument placed my parents' headstone on their joint resting place in Townsend, TN. From my tearful initial visit to the showroom up to installation today, everyone was professional while also showing compassion throughout the process.
