Maryville Monument is the best place to go for a headstone .My husband passed away a month ago, and I was really dreading this task When I needed information on a stone Elizabeth called me, texted pictures of examples and was very helpful. I met with her on site and she did an example on the computer of what my designed stone would look like. She texted me the example so I could share it with my sons. This morning Maryville Monument placed my parents' headstone on their joint resting place in Townsend, TN. From my tearful initial visit to the showroom up to installation today, everyone was professional while also showing compassion throughout the process. Allison Waters gave me options, made suggestions and was patient and kind while I made choices for the headstone. I chose to use both sides of the stone and you will see that in the photos. It’s never a pleasant time to pick out your parents tombstone but Allison made it a good experience! They did an amazing job we love it and know mom would also!
I hate writing bad reviews of any company, but Maryville Monument installed a marker for my mother’s grave. I created the design and they performed the work to my satisfaction. The only issue I had with them is, the vase they provided was not of standard size and they argued it was. The flowers that I purchased from the florist was designed and installed on styrofoam. The flowers wouldn’t fit in their vase because their vase was not a standard size vase. They wanted to charge me more money for a standard size vase after the ... read more
