Rude and unprofessional people answer the phone at the front desk! Zero help at all when asking if an application has been processed. Picked up the phone and was instantly hateful.

I lived at my apartment in maryville house for 10 years since 2015 when my ten year old was born. They recently decided they didn't want us there anymore (I guess TN law just lets them pick and choose?) They stopped sending me rent notices so that is the paper that tells the deadline on rent that is coming late, and has the amount you need to pay on it. You’d have more freedom in prison. They will overlook stuff for more than 5 years and then all of a sudden enforce everything. But if your maintenance no rules apply to you. People across from us have their tv mounted to the wall and no enforcement at all. But when I mount mine on the wall I get a lease violation. They are a bunch of Hypocrites. They will change your case manager without informing you at all. Maintenance always has an attitude and look down on you for being in housing.
