I lived at maryville towers ten years and it was the worst ten years of my life they had people smoking in their apartments and they wouldn't do anything about it they let non residents park in the residents parking spots and not do anything about it the mold was growing in the apartments and I believe that is what was making me sick management was slow to fix anything I felt like I was living in a prison which I would have been better off living in they said they hired a security company but I never saw them and I barely sa... read more

I lived at Maryville Towers for 3 and half years and it's probably one of the poorest run buildings there is you have people smoking in their apartments and they won't do anything about it and you have people living there that have no income and they won't make people keep their apartments clean and people park in residents spots that don't live there and they won't enforce the parking in visitors spots or over in the health department parking lot that's why I gave a one star rating and I didn't feel safe either but just rec... read more

Rude and unprofessional people answer the phone at the front desk! Zero help at all when asking if an application has been processed. Picked up the phone and was instantly hateful.

I lived at my apartment in maryville house for 10 years since 2015 when my ten year old was born. They recently decided they didn't want us there anymore (I guess TN law just lets them pick and choose?) They stopped sending me rent notices so that is the paper that tells the deadline on rent that is coming late, and has the amount you need to pay on it.
