Poor poor care and service. My sweet girl was traumatized. They don't let you come in and wait, have to stay in car and wait for them to call you, they made us wait more than 30 min. They then took my sweet girl in back to get blood and fecal. I heard her yelp out (scream) several times, very Loudly!! She has been to vet before moving to this area and she liked the vet! Never ever hurt or traumatized! They are horrible! Run from this office, don’t take your sweet babies there, they don’t care!

I hate to give a bad review but my husband and I are both very unhappy with our past two experiences here. We adopted our little girl from the shelter and brought her to MAH for her shelter exam and spay. The customer service is LACKING. No one seemed to know what was going on with different things and The vet never introduced herself to either of us and it was overall just not a good experience. I love what they do for the shelter animals but we probably won’t return.
My wife took our old dog today Tuesday and she was treated very kind and personnel were very professional. Even though I was not present and based what my wife told me - I recommend them.
The staff is wonderful. Dr Finico and her vet tech Jodi were amazing with my newly adopted doxie girl Daisy. I went there many years ago with my Puggle Yogi Bear and we moved away. So glad to be back again. Daisy loves it there!
We have used MAH for many years. I am impressed by all the staff and especially Dr. Hardcastle. She really cares about our pets. She is very reachable outside of normal working hours and always follows up with us to see how our pet is doing. I recently had to put my cat to sleep and everyone there made the experience the best it could be under the circumstances.
Great group of people! We had to evacuate for Hurricane Florence and boarded our dog here for the week we were in TN. They took excellent care of us, kept us updated and allowed us visits with our pet. We really can't thank you enough for all you did. Thank you!
Been taking our dog, River, to MAH since we’ve had him. They have always been amazing. Riv is very shy in unfamiliar environments and the staff treat him with such love and kindness! He is never afraid to go to the vet! I truly believe their pricing is very fair as well. Definitely recommend!
I love this group. Very caring of both the pets and us as pet owners.
