Avoid this place unless you're actively seeking lung cancer. Smoking is allowed in apartments and communal outdoor areas. The whole place smells like second hand smoke. Christine Friol, building manager refuses to enforce smoking restriction policies. Recently acquired by a noticeably down market corporate management company. What should be a lovely taxpayer funded adult affordable community is sinking into decay and neglect.
An old dilapidated elementary school building. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with decent money. Go somewhere else and live happily.
