Absolutely Love Methodist Hospital, their doctors and staff. ALWAYS courteous, helpful and efficient. Dr Zohair is one of my favorites and her staff are exceptional.
If I could give zero, I would. My Mother is a post-stroke patient and is bed-bound. My Mother was 20min late to her 1st appt, and Dr. Zohair refused to see her. I explained that it was the transportation company's fault. They couldn't find a driver to transport my Mom, and we didn't find out in time. I had to call another transportation company to pick up my Mom. We paid $124. My Mother needs prescription refills. I explained all of this to the doctor and she still refused to see my Mother.
