Water meter had a very bad lake. call the office. was told that new meter was located. A maintenance man would be out to fix the problem. Waited all day called office two or three times. Was told maintenance man was plowing. But would be fixed. Call the office back at 5:55. Was told maintenance man will be there to fix my water meter. Of all the mobile home communities that I've visited across this country, none compare to this place. It's well laid out & extremely maintained. As a kid/teenager, I loved visiting my relatives here. We knew all the neighbors and enjoyed the small candy store. Even the comunity building brought us great memories. I can't recommend Marysville Estates enough.
