my folks bought an Escape here recently and the customer service above and beyond. I helped them with the purchase and saw first hand how well they were treated by Brenden in sales. And Vida in finance even called them after the deal was inked to say there was another discount to be applied to the vehicle. highly recommended to speak to either of the two of you are in the market for a Ford.

Avoid this ford dealership at all costs, took my vehicle here 3 times spend $1200 and the problem still remains! They stated it could be something else? Well after 3 times, you think they would figure it out? So why would you fix something that wasn’t broke, And charge me 1200 bucks! After all don’t they use a diagnostic computer? They bought my vehicle but couldn't write a cheque to me, had to wait three days for a cheque to come from Clareville. The salesman knew nothing of the process of purchasing a vehicle. What a disappointment.
