She was A good doctor , but her staff was not
She's helped me in more ways than any doctor, and has very much been encouraging in being healthy and happy.
After reading great reviews for Dr. Bakouetila and the need for a new primary care physician, I made an appointment for myself and my husband despite the 3 month wait. As expected, we received confirmation of the appointments at the time of booking as well as shortly before the scheduled appointment. 24 hours prior to the appointment, we were informed that the doctor would not be in the office that day and is now only accepting new patients on Mondays and Tuesdays (our appointment was originally booked for Tuesday).
