Took my Jeep in for a flat. They impact wrenched the lug nuts on and twisted the chrome cap off one. Didn't tell me. Noticed it when I got home. Broke 3 sockets trying to get it off. Took it back for them to get off. They broke 2 sockets and finally hammered one on to get it off. Had to buy 5 new lug nuts which they reimbursed me for but when I told him that they needed to start torqueing them he said most people like them tight.
