I went there with a group of girl friend's of mine a couple weeks ago for a spa day and we have never had such a worst experience before. We each decided to just get some pedicures (winter really does dry one's feet out :)) and I promptly had my feet placed in scalding water. I was then talked down to for not being able to tolerate the heat of the water... Also, one of my friend's had surgery a while back for an in-grown toe nail on her big toe.
