I was chargedl the double of the price for the same highlights I been getting before. The person who did this (Elsa) was joking about charging double due to the storm and well, actually she did it. When I tried to get an explanation about why I was charged the double of the price she said it what the price she charge to her clients. Then I called the owner Mary and asked for an explanation about the high price and she was not able to justify thr extra cost. Never again. This place is a scam.
