I scheduled an appointment, showed a reference photo, and was told the stylist could achieve the color I wanted. After bleaching my hair, I was told she couldn’t finish the color, leaving me with bright yellow, uneven hair. I called to schedule an appointment, asked for a specific hair color, and even showed a picture on the day of my appointment. The stylist said she could do it and warned me about bleach. I agreed because I expected her to finish the job correctly. After bleaching my hair, she suddenly told me she couldn’t do the color because it would “damage” my hair, and left me with bright yellow, uneven hair. This post is in regard to Steph she did a fake review because she had enter with her hair with an uneven cut Mary never cut her hair on top of that never showed pictures or nothing and the color was never uneven these people came even recording the incident because they came prepared to do damage there was even witnesses to everything and if Mary was rude was because they over step her calling her unprofessional and ignorant.
