Friendly, professional and kind... Mary spoke with me herself and was kind enough to do a same day delivery to my mum when the online flower vendor failed to place my order. I'm very pleased with Mary's Floral, and I haven't even seen the flowers yet! I told them to do a bouquet of their choice.
