The worst, worst, worst!! Such a nightmare. Almost 400$ and they chopped half my hair off! Did nothing but put a bunch of bleach in my hair, no color. They couldn't even color my gray hair. I'm so mad, I'm seriously thinking of taking them to court. They ruined my hair...I wish I never went there. .smh
