They are amazing! Radikha saved my day. I went to her last minute to get my hair fixed and styled for my wedding day anfter an hair disaster and she calmed me down and did an amazing job. So sweet and kind and talented! Highly recommend!!
Mixed experience. Eyebrow threading was amazing...seriously, no complaints at all. Very precise work and a great job overall. But the haircut...well, def not good. I asked for a trim with long layers, and showed reference pictures....but my long hair ended up shoulder-medium length with super chunky and choppy layers. My friend had the same issue with length too. I even waited for it to grow out before writing this review and it still looks off...will probably get it fixed somewhere else. My go-to place whenever I wanted to have a haircut done. Wouldn’t even think about getting haircut done at other places in irving area. Radhika Jii is best at treating customers well and giving you perfect haircut. Prices were very decent for the service they are offering.
The worst customer service ever after being a continuous customer for 3 years. Today when I ask for appointment They say first come first serve but if any person from their region comes they choose them as next in line
I had a shampoo and blowout done here. It was pretty good. Only took an hour and charged $35. She didn’t use rollers so I had less volume. But I normally have wavy and frizzy hair and she made my hair look very smooth and healthy and still very bouncy Can’t beat the price for the service
