Every time I have had to call someone within the school's offices I have been faced with some of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. I genuinely do not understand the bad attitudes especially when the questions I've asked were extremely simple and took a total of maybe 3 seconds to answer.
I am graduating this fall semester 2016, excited but sad! I met so many nice and respectful people. Most of my professors were really good and cared about their students. Defiantly going to miss it here but its time to move on to the next chapter. Thanks Marymount for giving me a great experience and education!
As a parent of a Freshman, I have to say, I am VERY disappointed in the staff in the offices. My son has to leave Marymount because we cannot afford to pay the balance and Student Services/Financial Aid offered only one solution that I am unable to take....parent loans. When we toured the campus in March, and we went into their office at that point to discuss any scholarships or anything, I was met with an attitude...and not a friendly one, either. It was a very nurturing place. My undergrad degree is from the University of Michigan @ Ann Arbor, very large campus, so Marymount was like a family while I was earning my MA. And proximity to DC is ideal!
