The first photo is my hair before my appointment. The second photo is my hair 20 minutes after leaving my appointment. The third photo is the photos I showed her. I explained to her that my natural color is brown with blonde highlights and since im having a baby in couple months I want to get as close to my natural color as possible. My sister went in asking for medium brown hair with highlights. She showed reference photos. This is what she came home with. She was crying and hysterical. Her hair is a brown red up top and black towards the bottom. Weird. MaryLuz, very unprofessional, she could have achieved this with a 5$ box of black hair dye. My sister went there willing to pay 500-600$ to get the look she asked for. What the hell
