Shockingly bad. Unresponsive, had to repeatedly chase. Simple one-page documents drafted by her were error-riddled. Bungled title and POA, causing us to nearly miss our closing date. We only made it thanks to efforts of other members of the closing team, who pitched in to do Marylou's job for her. Zero apology. In fact, Marylou messaged the closing team afterwards trying to blame us for the 11th-hour scramble, saying we had not notified her of the need for a POA early, as she had advised. The memory I have of my closing isn't a good one. I was treated like I wasn't good enough to be the dirt on the bottom of this attorney's shoe. Not appreciated.
