I’m writing on the behalf of my girlfriend who had been seeing Mary for years. I was beside myself upon learning that Mary had discharged most of her patients without warning she did this to my girlfriend as well. My girlfriend is on one medication that if she doesn’t take she would have a seizure and die. I have been with my girlfriend on several visits to see Mary and she is the most unprofessional woman I have ever met. TODAY I WAS DISCHARGED FROM SEEING THIS DR. FOR NO REASON AT ALL, SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, VOLATILE, & UNPROFESSIONAL. AS SHE HANDED ME THE DISCHARGE NOTICE, SHE SAID "IT'S NOTHING PERSONAL, OK ? I recently had an appointment with her a month ago, got a message relayed to one of my children that she wasn't going to be there. The message was to go on there the day of my appointment and there would be a doctor the day of the appointment to write my prescriptions that I needed. Then I was told that a doctor will write my prescrtions until she is back. I went, doors clothes, no staff, and note stating to call such number to what I have no c,he because it's her number with a constant no answer.
