I started visiting Marylou Gantner when I was having anxiety and blood pressure health problems. I was amazed when I met her to see an older gracious lady who was dedicated to helping each patient as much as possible. I had excellent results from my biofeedback sessions. Marylou is the pathway to a new life. This woman took a childhood sexual survivor and introduced her to breathing. The practice of breathing and biofeedback was my way to a new plane. You learn how to think with the front lobe of your brain and everything else seems so unimportant. Give it a try, you will be pleasantly surprised.
