I would rate -1 but of course that's not possible. This doctor is rude and uncooperative, very confused, and inconsistent in her treatment plans. She also prevaricates. With one exception the staff is abusive and often acts with incompetence. With every Rx called into CVS I get a call from the pharmacy saying they can't fill the scrip because Dr. Markarian wrote it incorrectly or in an incomplete manner. Very poor demeanor, unprofessional, borderline rude. I see other patients making similar comments so this is not an isolated incident. I hope Dr. Markarian realizes that she is dealing with vulnerable people and needs to maintain empathy and calm.
All she does is barely talk to you for 20 minutes and then puts you on meds. She doesn't really listen to what you have to say or any feedback and consequently doesn't remember or care about you at the next appointment. If you ask her, she'll tell you straight up that all she does is prescribe medication. How is she not a pill mill doctor? I feel like I can get better care from posting on a subreddit.
If I could give Dr. Marylin Markarian 0 Stars I would glady display that 0. Horrible communication skills and shows zero empathy towards her patients. When I first saw her in 2019, she asked about my medical history. When I told her past medical procedures I had gotten done, she said “Well I think you’re a hypochondriac”. I first started seeing Dr. Markarian back in 2018 for depression and anxiety. From the start, I did not feel too comfortable with her, and felt she was not listening to what I was saying, but I decided to give her a chance. The medication she prescribed me did work, so I decided to continue seeing her. Every single appointment that I had with her, she would ask me the same question, “Are you a new patient?
