Unfortunately, we made the mistake of purchasing a house with DR Horton and dealing with Ron Harrison, one of the sales reps. He's been the rudest person I've ever had to work with. His customer service is severely lacking. If we could cancel this entire purchase, my husband and I would and the sole reason would be Ron Harrison. Honestly, avoid this builder if you could. The disgusting behavior of their rep is unfortunately a representation of the company. We will not be back!
Don’t buy from them. Poor poor quality and do not stand behind products.
