I was very disappointed with my experience. I was never able to complete my visit because of poor communication and unprofessional behavior. My initial call was answered rudely by the receptionist. When an appointment was eventually scheduled and my insurance information was submitted, I was not informed that a referral was required in order to be seen. The appointment was scheduled on Wednesday, which would have allowed ample time to obtain a referral had I been notified. I took a day off from my business to attend this app... read more
