Everyone was very professional, warm and welcoming.
The staff is outstanding. Nicole, the receptionist was incredibly patient and kind while handling my check-in and prior medical requests. Jesse handled my documentation requests with speed and efficiency. In the exam room, Nurse Jasmine clearly explained the visit process and ensured all my questions and concerns were addressed. Dr. Raikar was friendly, patient, and thorough. He took the time to review my entire medical history and ensured I completely understood my diagnosis and at-home care instructions. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at any medical office. The customer service is beyond terrible — starting from the front desk all the way up to the providers. The office is completely disorganized, with constant miscommunication between staff members, leaving patients confused, frustrated, and often without the care they came for.
