Shady. I settled on Friday, 07-31-2020. The Buyer signed papers at 4 pm the same day. Katie told me I would have the funds in my account the next which would have been Saturday. No funds were deposited. I went to their office in-person and Kim or her Assistant Alexis would talk to me. The Receptionist did all the talking.
